Trish and Al were and are amazing. Very personable and experienced. They have great professionalism. I would use them over and over. They helped us find our house fast and we called them again years later to help us sell our home and they got us what we wanted. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Tricia and Al Shreck handled the sale of 82 Yorkshire Road very professionally. I had nothing to worry about knowing they were handling every showing. They explained all the paper work and explained every step as we moved forward with the sale including the process of the closing on the house. I would hilghly recommend them and Century 21 to anyone selling there house. Before Tricia went on vacation she made sure that someone was available to handle any questions or issues that may have occurred. I couldn't have asked for an easier and stress free transition.

Our overall experience with Tricia Schreck and Century 21 in general was great. We had a bit of a complicated situation and were a bit worried that we would not be able to sell our home in the timeframe we wanted but she was able to walk us through the whole process and made us feel at ease from the moment we first sat down with her. She is a very knowledgeable and friendly person and we thank her for everything she did for us. We will most definitely refer her to others.

I was first introduced to Al and Trish Schreck at a time when I had given up on Agents selling my home. A friend told me this couple was highly professional and friendly and sold their neighbor’s house within two weeks. I called Al and Trish and met with them, not even thinking about putting my home in their hands. The same night before they left (because of them not pushing me and being the professionals I saw before me) I signed the papers for them to sell my house. From past experience, I noticed this couple was highly professional and their communication skills were above and beyond what I expected, the peace and comfort I felt that exuded from this team/couple was in my eyes, a God sent. My house was on the internet the Monday, the Tuesday was Open House and things were moving so fast I could not keep up. They were not the type to drag out the sale of my home, but seeking my interest and looking for the best people and price for me. Each night they called me to update me on who came to see the house and what they thought about the potential buyer, etc. within a few days (2 days after Open House) they picked out 4 people for me to select, I trusted them so much I told them to make the selection for me, they again went over each potential buyer with me and explained each one and came up with the best selection. I have no problem recommending them to anyone. Their communication, personality and professionalism as a team was outstanding. They proved to me that I hired them and they were going to work for me and get me the best price and a good potential buyer. The sale of my house went with a sense of peace and stress free. I just let go of my home to be sold into Al and Trish’s hands and the job was well done and a burden lifted. To Al and Trish a million Kudos to you and all the best in your endeavors both in your personal life and in the Real Estate business you so greatly excel in.

Tricia Schreck is a professional in her field. We have tried to sell our house in the past with no success. We signed our contract with Tricia on a Wednesday. On Friday, she had a broker's luncheon where our buyer came to see the house. On Saturday, Tricia had an Open House and our buyer returned to give an offer. Tricia continued getting offers from other people but we went with the original offer as that was the best offer. Tricia guided us and the buyer all the way through the selling process. She was always available for any questions we had along the way. I would definitely recommend Tricia Schreck as she is always reachable and is always proficient in what she does during the selling process.

Best experience You can ask for.We told them what we where looking for and they where sending us houses shortly after through email.They also give you feedback on what they thought of the house and if they noticed something we did not see looking at the houses.Never in a rush and always made our buying experience comfortable without any pressure. We can't Thank Tricia & Al enough for taking there time to make our house purchase fun and exciting. Once you meet Tricia & Al in person they become part of your family.You will not find a better realtors than them. Tricia and Al were professional, and yet treated us as friends. They were prompt in providing feedback regarding house showings.
